Terms Of Use
By commissioning Nerva3D, you agree to the following terms and conditions:
Intellectual Property & Usage Rights
All rights to the commissioned work remain with the artist (Nerva3D), including copyright, unless commercial rights are explicitly purchased (see below).
Nerva3D retains the right to post, promote, or use the commissioned work in their portfolio and on social media platforms unless a non-disclosure agreement (NDA) is requested and agreed upon prior to the start of the commission.
Nerva3D may livestream the modeling process unless an NDA has been requested and accepted.
Nerva3D may subcontract parts of the project to another artist if needed.
Application Process
Nerva3D reserves the right to decline any commission request for any reason.
Accurate and clear reference images are required before work can begin. These references must closely represent the final outcome you expect, as they will be used to determine proportions, colors, and design details throughout the project.
Delivery & Revisions
You are entitled to up to two (2) rounds of edits or adjustments per phase of the commission process:ModelingRiggingTexturingFinalization
Any additional revisions beyond this limit will incur additional charges based on the scope of the request.
Completion time varies depending on the complexity of the project. Please allow a timeframe of 1 to 3 months for final delivery. Delays may occur based on workload, revisions, or technical requirements, and will be communicated promptly.
Communication
All communication during the commission process will be conducted via Discord for clarity and direct updates.
Project updates will be provided at key milestones, and additionally when necessary to maintain transparency.
Clear, professional, and respectful communication is expected from both parties throughout the process. Delayed responses or unclear direction may impact delivery time.
Commercial Rights
Commercial rights may be purchased for a flat fee of $100, regardless of the base commission price.
Purchasing commercial rights grants you full ownership of the final work. This includes the right to:• Distribute, modify, or resell the model• Commission other artists to make further changes• Use the work in commercial or monetized projects
The only condition is that proper credit to Nerva3D must continue to be provided.
Payments
All payments are processed through PayPal.
A 50% deposit of the total commission price is required upfront before work begins.
The remaining 50% balance is due upon completion, before delivery of the final model or files.
Work will not begin until the initial payment is received.
Refund Policy
Full refunds are only available before any work has started.
Once work has begun:• If you cancel, 50% of the initial deposit will be retained by Nerva3D, and all rights to the work remain with the artist.• If Nerva3D cancels after work has started, 50% of the deposit will be refunded, and all created work will be discarded.
No refunds will be issued after final files have been delivered under any circumstances.
Non-Disclosure Agreements (NDA)
If you require the work to remain private and not be showcased or streamed, an NDA must be requested in advance.
NDAs require an additional 10% fee of the total commission price.
After the NDA period expires, Nerva3D reserves the right to showcase the work unless a permanent NDA is arranged and agreed upon.
Any disputes must be raised within 7 days of final file delivery.
By placing an order, you confirm that you have read and agreed to these terms.

Where can we find out when commissions are open?
Twitter is the best place to keep track! I will make announcements any time there are changes to my commission status.
How long each commission will take?
It will take at least 1 month potentially longer depending on the complexity of the project!

My application was previously declined, can I re-apply?
Yes! I can only take on so many commissions at once, and more complex requests can be harder to accept if I am already working on too many. But feel free to apply again.
Do you do NSFW/18+ Models?
I might do NSFW commissions but its within my right to decline doing so based on the request.
Do you send progress updates?
Yes! Throughout the whole process I will continue to send updates of the model for approval before moving forward.
Will your 3D models work with FBT (full body tracking)?
I will always use a universal full body rig to create my models. So FBT should generally work, but its possible bugs may occur. But seeking help to fine tune the rig to a FBT setup by other artists is fully allowed!
